Inclusive Youth Cross Training Program

We are offering a speed development cross training program. Usually taught to junior and professional level athletes, we are providing a modified version for athletes with and without impairments.

This is a community inclusion class that will run for a total of 1.5 hours. There will be two 45 minute sessions, the first 45 minute session will be geared towards youth athletes without a disability. The following 45 minutes will involve the athletes in the first group assisting youth with Autism or other related impairments with completing a circuit training program.
